      BY POSTING AN AD ON  IATAHNI.COM, YOU AGREE...

You are solely responsible for the content of your ad. You agree that
your ad will not contain any libelous, defamatory or unlawful
information. You also agree that information contained in your ad does
not violate or infringe upon any trademark, copyright or similar
rights of others and you agree to abide by the rules for posting ads
that follow.

You agree that  IATAHNI.COM shall not be liable for any
damages or lost profits arising out of or related to your posting of
an ad in the iATAHNIClassifiedsPlace classified advertising system.

It is your responsibility to maintain a valid, working e-mail
address and Mobile No. Should your e-mail address become nonfunctioning for any
length of time, iATAHNIlassifiedsPlace has the right to suspend your ad
from the database until you have notified iATAHNIClassifiedsPlace that the
e-mail address is once again able to receive e-mail.

You also agree to respond to inquiries to your ad in a timely fashion
and to immediately delete the ad from our database in the event the
content described in the ad is no longer available.

It is your responsibility to return to IATAHNI.COM once
your ad has been posted and verify the accuracy of the information in
your ad.
